Reporting Wildlife Sightings

If you see a bear or cougar or other dangerous wildlife in or around the Village of New Denver, there are a couple of things that you should do:

  • Contact New Denver’s WildSafeBC Coordinator at 250-354-8120 or by email at
  • Advise the Provincial Conservation Officer Service by reporting to theRAPP line by dialing Toll Free 1-877-952-7277
