The Columbia Basin Trust Community Initiatives and Affected Areas Programs (CIP/AAP) proposals are now being accepted until 4:30 pm on Friday, February 11, 2022. Late applications will not be accepted. Applications must be completed through the online application system.

These funding programs are intended to be flexible and incorporate community-based funding decisions. The programs support local projects that provide additional value to Basin communities and that benefit the broad community and public good.
