This is a notice to all tax residents with unclaimed home owner grants. There are tax accounts with unclaimed 2023 home owner grants.
As per the information on the tax inserts, as well as the tax notices that went out in May, home owner grants MUST be claimed every tax year by the property owner. Any HOG amounts left outstanding on the tax due date of July 15th- 2023 have been subject to the applicable penalties and will transfer into arrears on next years tax notice unless sooner paid.
