With February 15th being a Saturday this year and Monday ( the 17th) being a statutory holiday utility payments are due February 18th to avoid the 5% penalty that will be applied on February 19th.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All payments must be made in Canadian funds by cash, debit, cheque, and online (via Kootenay Savings Credit Union). When paying through KSCU, you may “add Payee” by searching “New Denver, Village” then select “Utilities”. In the Account # section, add your Utility Account number, from your invoice. You may need to add or remove zero’s as per Kootenay Savings bill payment requirements, the account number must be 4 – 7 digits. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office.
