The Village of New Denver invites the community to provide input on this year’s Columbia Basin Trust ReDi (Resident Directed) grant applications. This survey is intended for Village of New Denver residents, property owners, and business owners only. If this is not you, please refrain from submitting a response.
This survey link is provided for Resident Input after the public meeting on April 20 and before the Selection Committee meets in private to discuss recommendations: https://forms.gle/aniReJpgshihbwYV9.
Applications details are available online, in a PDF outlining each application being considered. The amount requested through the Village of New Denver is highlighted in yellow. You can view the PDF online HERE.
The New Denver Selection Committee will meet on Monday, April 20, 2026. This public meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. at the Silverton Memorial Hall at 203 Lake Avenue in Silverton. The public is welcome to attend, and project proponents will be invited to attend to make a presentation in support of their applications.
At the April 20th Resident Input and Selection Committee meeting, each applicant will be invited to provide a brief presentation (under 5 minutes), and respond to questions from the Steering Committee and public (under 3 minutes). Following all presentations, the public will be invited to select ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in support of each application and provide comments. The Selection Committee will then convene in private to review applications and input, and make funding recommendations.
This year’s resident input and selection committee meeting will be combined with Silverton’s. As a result, those applying to both communities will only have to present once. The Village of New Denver Selection Committees will operate independently from Silverton’s, with each community making their own funding recommendations to the RDCK, as usual.
