Below is information about disposition of land in New Denver, adjacent to 717 6th Avenue.

Please be advised that Council consideration of the proposed disposition of land previously advertised by the Village was not considered at the scheduled meeting due to lack of quorum.

Council will instead consider the matter at a Special Council Meeting on May 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers at 115 Slocan Avenue in New Denver. The proposed disposition of land remains unchanged from the original notice.
