Please be advised that Council consideration of the proposed disposition of land previously advertised by the Village was not considered at the scheduled meeting due to lack of quorum. No decision was made on the subject at the Special Council Meeting of May 26, 2026.

Council will consider the matter at its Regular Meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers at 115 Slocan Avenue in New Denver. The proposed disposition of land remains unchanged from the original notice.
