Effective January 1, 2027, the Province of British Columbia is reducing the Home Owner Grant by $200 for eligible homeowners in New Denver.
The new grant amounts will be:
- Regular Home Owner Grant: $570
- Additional Home Owner Grant: $845 (for eligible seniors, veterans and persons with disabilities)
This change is due to the Province ending the additional $200 grant previously provided to homeowners in northern and rural communities.
