Removal and Disposal of Wood Stave Water Reservoir
The Village of New Denver is inviting proposals for the dismantling, removal, and disposal of an existing wood stave reservoir, located within the Village.
This project includes removal of a metal staircase attached to the reservoir. The staircase is a retained Village asset that is to be carefully removed and left on site in a condition suitable for continued Village ownership and future use.
Proponents are asked to submit proposals outlining their approach, qualifications, and associated costs or considerations for the safe dismantling, removal, and disposal of the structure.
PROJECT SUMMARY:
- Dismantling and removal of existing wood stave reservoir
- Removal and on-site retention of exterior metal staircase (Village asset)
- Site clean-up following removal activities
- Disposal or recycling of materials
- Compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations
The Village reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals.
The lowest priced proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
