A Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been posted to BC Bid’s Online Portal, for Village of New Denver Well #3 and Well #4 Completion. Interested parties (Submersible Well Pump Installers), please visit www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca for details and to respond to this RFQ (Opportunity ID 1479-042-003, or by organization see ‘Corporation of the Village of New Denver’).
The scope of work includes the following, for each of the wells:
- Supply and installation of submersible turbine type pump and motor.
- Supply and installation of 150mm dia. Sch40 epoxy coated steel pump discharge pipe complete with check valve.
- Supply and installation of a 32mm diameter and a 25mm diameter PVC pipe (from well head to check valve) to support groundwater level measurements.
- Wellhead completion including pitless unit, connection to existing 150mm dia. watermain, re-establishment of well surface seal, and final grading around wellhead.
- Disinfection, pressure testing, and commissioning (start up assistance and reporting on) the new well pumps/motors.
Questions and requests clarifications regarding the RFQ must be submitted no later than Thursday, January 31, 2024. Quotations must be received by TRUE Consulting no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
